Take the food with is having less fat, and go for a long walk when ever time permits.. and split your foods.. i.e., if you have a habit of taking the food Thrice in a day, you just split the same to 6 or 7 times in a day.. The quantity of the food may be the same, but you just split the same for more times, this will help you to reduce your weight.. Take your food once in two hours, and also do not eat full of your stomach, this will also help you to reduce your fatness.. And at any point of time, do not reduce the quantity of food, which you take it regularly, this will not help you to reduce your fat or body or your weight.. inturn this will increase your weight.. So, please don't do this mistake. Because most of the people thought that, if we reduce the food's quantity our body will get it reduce the weight.. but this is not true, the doctors also advised the same... Have a good day.

If you eat a healthy diet...lots of veggies and fruits, moderate protein, easy on the starchy foods. Eat 4-6 small meals a day. EXERCISE...resistance training, mainly for the larger muscles of the body (chest, back, abs, legs), 3-4 times a week. Do cardiovascular training 4-6 days a week for 30-60 minutes. Drink lots of water, water, and more water. Forget about soda and other sugary drinks. ****Remember, all excess (unburned) calories are stored as fat. The body doesn't discriminate between 'carb" calories, protein calories, or fat calories. Very simply, if you take in more calories than your body uses, all excess calories will be stored as fat***** If you are losing more that about 2-2 1/2 pounds a week, you are probably losing water, intestinal waste, a small amount of fat and some muscle. You don't want to lose muscle. The more muscle you have the more fat you burn, which equals a faster metabolism. If you plan to keep the weight off, you need to keep up with your exercise. Don't give up!!

I think for the quickest weight loss you need to drink at least eight cups of water everyday. If you do not get enough water your body will store what it gets. If you get enough water to fulfill your body's needs it will purge the rest and you won't need to store it. you'll probably drop 5 - 10 lbs in a couple of weeks. But you'll need at least 8 cups everyday. It worked for me. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
