Can you summarize your day in one sentence?

If you were writing a news story and had to summarize your day in one sentence or headline, what would it be? For me, my news story headline would go something like, "Slept late, got nothing done today." What about you?

But, you're staying busy with useful activity. That's more than I can say for some people.

Most of my days can be summarized in 1 word... Boring! I do have bouts of boredom during the day. It's not from lack of things to do, it's from lack of interest in the things I have to do. I get tired of doing the same things all the time. I'd love to get out and go places, but I can never think of where to go, or don't have the money to go anywhere, or don't have the energy. It's always something. Yesterday was a good day, I was pretty busy. Tomorrow will be shopping day, so that will be busy. Today was the same ole, so rather boring.

Being a housewife used to be really boring for me, too. Then I started doing some different things online and now it's not so boring. My house is always a little less clean than it should be when I'm working online. But, I feel more fulfilled.

Do you blog? That's a good way to express yourself creatively. Plus, I have a movie blog and do pretty good with paid videos. The company pays me everytime a video plays. It's good pocket money. I'm working on building that up right now for my beauty and diet blogs, too.

yes, I spend most of my boring days sitting here doing this. I'm not into the whole money making scene too much, I can't be bothered with most of those sites. I do this mostly right now, plus I'm on Triond so lately I've been trying to add a few articles to that as well. But when Mylot gets slow and I have no article ideas, I'm pretty much stumped as to what to do with myself.

hello buddy, well i have some better ideas to that end. that is i would like to summarize the day in a single word or something rather that to summarize it in a single sentence or a headline. well i would like to say "uneventful" to describe my day. and that would be true for most of the days as most of my days go that way. and sorry for not being able to describe in a line... as i felt this to be apt. and this discussion was something different that i came across.

Hello beauty queen. Based on what I have done today, I think that my headline would be as below, "Trying to sleep late, but got waken up by my neighbor" Well, I am having my day off today and planed to sleep as late as I could today, at least I wish to sleep as late as eight o'clock this morning, as I went to Huzhou City on business yesterday and got very tired. When it was seven thirty this morning, my neighbor next door was making a lot of noise with some of the recycled garbage sold to the fixed collector on campus. I could no longer sleep again when I was waken up, so I decided to get up. How I wish to get up late today as in my usual time, I do not have a chance to sleep that late. I usually get up at six thirty and sometimes at seven in the morning. Then I have to get ready to have breakfast within the limited time and go to the office to get ready for my class. Tomorrow I still have my day off. I hope that I won't be waken up by my neighbor but wake up by myself. This way, I think that my sleep will be enough and I can enjoy more of my late getting up during my sleeping hours.

Well at the moment mine would have to be "given up smoking, stay outta my way!" I gave up on Monday and I have been fine, but today it is really getting to me and I am miserable and grumpy and do not know what to do with myself!
