When to drink stresstabs?

For those stresstabs intakers, I just want to know when is the proper time to intake stresstabs capsule. Me I take it every after my breakfast. I also want to know how it affects you. What are the benefits that you get from drinking stresstabs? Me I noticed that it can keeps me awake, for example, if I sleep late and take only a few hours of sleep, without stresstabs the tendency is to make me feel sleepy in my work the next day, but having taken stresstabs, it keeps me awake. For me it's really useful.

i also drink stresstabs and it also work like yours,but it felt me sleepy ,otherwise it helps me feel full at my work hours and for me it benefits me well3

Hi. My husband and I also drink Stresstabs. He was able to read an article, I don't know if he had filed it, but it said that the best time to drink it is at least two hours before or after eating anything, like breakfast, lunch or dinner. I say it does good to me as I notice that when I don't drink one a day, I feel tired in just a few hours of working or sometimes sleepy. But if I drink in the morning, I feel that I can last up to the end of the day without feeling tired.

Hi! Thanks for the response. So my time of drinking stresstabs is not proper, because I drink it right after my breakfast. And we can also drink stresstabs with empty stomach. Yes, I feel the same as yours when I drink stresstabs.
