loss of a friend

My heart is very heavy today. Received a phone call yesterday afternoon that a close friend of mine passed away in California. I was totally devistated. We've been friends 12 years, have visited with each other many times and were extremely close. Emails were regular and we spoke on the phone every once in awhile. In order for me to move past this I am asking all my myLot friends to please say a prayer for Margie. May she rest in peace. She will always have a special place in my heart. I thank you so much for your support at this time.

I'm sorry for your loss. Margie must have been a wonderful friend to you for the two of you to be extremely close for 12 years, even with the distance. I'm sure she's resting in peace and just said a prayer for her. Take care

This has never happened to me, but I imagine what a loss this would be. So hard to have an empty place.

It was a horrible experience but am dealing with her loss better as time moves on. She was a wonderful lady and friend. Thanks so much for responding.

So sorry to hear about your friend's passing. I am not sure by the way you are posting if it was unexpected or if she was ill but either way it is never easy on those left behind. We are here for you when you need us. Just keep those great memories tucked in a speical place in your heart and bring them up as often as you like, she will always be there with you.

I am so sorry that you lost your friend. I feel terrible about that. I pray that hse is in a good place now and I also pray for your heart to mend.

Nope, Margie wasn't a myLot fan. I tried to get her interested once upon a time but she didn't have the same level of interest I do. She is sadly missed by her family. Thanks so much for responding.

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your friend Margie. I will certainly keep her and her family and friends in my prayers. It is hard accepting the loss of a close friend or family members, and when it happens around the holidays, it is made much more difficult, because that is what people will then relate the holiday to. I pray that her family and friends will remain strong, and know that Margie loved them and was honored to have each and everyone in her life. Time will heal your heavy heart, but keep Margie's memory alive because of the great person she must have been. Take care and God bless.

i am sorry to hear that and it must be a painful and hurtful to hear the news. life comes and goes and cannot be help or i should say we could do nothing to change it. I hope she went peacefully. life must goes on and the beautiful and happy memories that you once shared with her is in your hearts. cherish them and i think she would wanted you to be happy too. going off first does not necessarily mean sad but she has served her purpose here and is now call home by father.
