Do You Like Popeyes Red Beans and Rice?

Actually, I like their red beans and rice so much I have gone to Popeye's JUST for that, not for chicken. I used it as my main dish and not my side dish. :) I like to fool myself that it is healthy - rice and beans, right? But there is probably something about it that makes it just as bad as a burger, LOL.

I have never had Popeye's Red Beans and Rice, but you're the second person this week to say it is good. We have a fast food restaurant here called El Pollo Loco. It is so amazingly good! I love to get their salad as a side dish. It tastes really good.

will we don't have popeyes here, so if I am ordering at a fast food, for chicken it is french fries and coleslaw, sometimes macaroni or potato salad.

I think that they are OK. My wife is crazy about them. I can take them or leave them personally. If they are there in front of me I would eat them. But I would not go out of my way to order them. I would rather just have the mashed potatoes with the chicken, but if my wife buys them, and she always does if she buys Popeyes, I will eat some.

I like KFC's cole slaw, I never had better and I'll compare it to theirs everytime, kinda makes the party less fun but that's what I like. Write that down Santa.
