What is there to a smile?

I often hear people say smile. smile they say can buy your way through many things. Do you smile, why do u smile? Is there more to smile than just trying to show a pleasant appearance. if yes what is it? if no why do I have to smile?

I find smiles to be warm and inviting. A person's face and eyes light up when they smile. It makes them look better also. I avoid people who frown a lot as they appear to be unapproachable. I like smiles.

I think that smiling is actually good for you physically and it causes less wrinkles from what I have heard. I usually like to wear a smile. Sometimes it is not easy to listen to people that tell you to smile especially if you have cares or worries on your mind. It can be easier said than done. Showing a smile can relate to others that you are friendly and approachable in my opinion. Take care.
