What's Your Favorite Metal Band?

I used to listen to heavy metal since I was at a very young age. Metallica, megadeth, black sabbath,scorpions,helloween,gamma ray,blind guardian,slayer,anthrax and the list would go on. Now I'm more into those symphonic metal/gothic group like Nightwish, epica, after forever,within temptation to name a few.

Metal music is emotional and very intense and I enjoy it a lot. Most people that don't like metal music just don't really understand the feeling or emotion behind each song that the band makes. My favorite metal band even though they are more art rock then metal is the band Tool. Tool is more then metal, they are so heavy and have such an equal sound between each member that they easily are one of the best bands of all time. If your a metal fan, start listening to Tool and your musical taste may take a change for the better.

If I had to pick one it would be Arch Enemy, led by the growling voice of Angela Gossow. but other metal bands that I like are Megadeth, Metallica, Children Of Bodom, Iced Earth, Gojira, Black Sabbath, Pantera, Sepultura, Amon Amarth. and plenty of others to go on to that list.

There are lots of metal bands out there with different styles. I liked listening to Type-O-Negative, Amorphis, and Sepultura. I also liked listening to bands like Metallica, Megadeth and Pantera. Since I am a versatile person, I like listening to almost all kind of music, depending on what mood i am having.

I dislike metal musics. So, I dislike metal bands.
