Help me out ladies. I need to get my wife a gift but don't have any ideas. What is something you would like to receive. I am looking for tangible gifts here. I know everyone wants peace, love, and harmony, but what do women want jewelry? Candy? Ladies what do want for Christmas? Men what are you getting your ladies?

I think the gifts from the heart are the best gifts. I like getting jewelry that the man picks out himself. I like knowing that he put some thought into getting me something he thinks will look nice on me. I also like things that are hobby related, such as karaoke cds. I put together an amazon wishlist every year. It makes it very easy for my hubby to get me exactly what I want.

What can you afford? Jewelry is nice. HSN and QVC shopping sites have some great jewelry deals going on all throughout the holidays. And sometimes they defer some of the price and you can make payments. Beauty products. A nice gift is something you know she probably wouldn't get for herself but would love to have. Expensive perfume. Think back. Did you hear a shreak out of her or see a special smile on her face when she saw something recently? Purses are all the rage for women now days. Check with her friends or siblings. They can help you pick out just the right one and let you know if there is something special she secretly covets.

Every woman Is different, what might make me happy at Christmas, might make your wife mad lol! So me telling you what to buy her may well be the wrong thing completely. Try having a look around your home at the things your wife has bought for herself over the years to get a good idea of what sort of things she likes. If she has a lot of jewellery that she wears often, then yes, go ahead and buy some jewellery, but remember to try and make sure it is similar to the pieces she already has, as a lot of men buy what they like the look of rather than what the other person likes. If she eats lots of candy, then sure, buy her some (but not too much), but if she generally doesn’t eat sweets, then it’s not a great idea. If you feel she could do with a break from the hum-drum of daily life, why not find a spa in your area that will let you buy vouchers, so that you could let your wife go off for a day of pampering? Hope those help you out a little :)

I can't be of much help...I love candles and need more of those. I need other things like long johns and long socks...a nice fluffy sweater...I want fuzzy warm slippers. I hear Wal Mart is going to have a sewing machine for $59 on Black Friday...my bf keeps talking about buying me one so I am going to tell him about it tonight and hope he chooses to get it for me. Mine got ruined sitting in the bottom of my closet when the house flooded. Marsha
