What is your experience with Traffic Exchange sites like?

Hey Bloggers,
I've recently been using EasyHits4u- its a traffic exchange site, where you view ads & in return you get viewers for your blog/ site or clicks on your banners. It doesn't seem to be working that well.
Has anyone had success with these type of sites?

I am getting almost 100 hits to my 3 websites a day using easyhits4u but for this to happen you need a lot of effort. And also the good thing about easyhits4u is that while you surf you also make money.

I m blogger and I don't like Traffic Exchange b'cas if u used it and when anyone open your site it will pop up another site which you also don't know which one will open so this is not good and when any pop up u add then your visitor will afraid of it personally i don't like any site which open a pop ups.
it will not help you much.
