What are you grateful for? I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments! Take time this week, and all through the holidays, to cultivate the gratitude habit. It can change your life. Here we go again more lists to make, maybe just one or two things to start. Our government was elected to change things, wouldn't it be great if we could just to this little bit to change ourselves? Happy Thanksgiving to all of you.

You can form a gratitiude habit and I absolutely agree that gratitude can change your life. It's certainly changed mine. I have a morning and an evening routine that I follow that incorporates making a gratitude list. I try to list at least five things that I'm grateful for. So many people in this world lack the basic necessities of life and we all have so much to be grateful for. My morning and evening routine reinforce that for me. I'll share the first two things that are on my list every day. 1. I am grateful that the Creator has given me another day of life so that I can chase my dreams, live my passions and stamp my unique footprint on this world. 2. I am grateful for all of the blessings that flow into my life each and every day. The morning list sets the tone for my day and I find myself looking for things throughout the day to put on my evening list. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Great topic
