I am thinking about my trip

I am going to take my toddler son to Cape Town in January. I have looked at the Internet and have seen there an open top bus route that goes round many of the sights. I will take the train out to Simonstown. I think my son would love a trip in the Cable Car up Table Mountain. It would be interesting to have a tour around the Cape Flats. I hope to take a boat out to historic Robben Island. I can't wait to see the penguins and the seals. Some of the beaches have board walks suitable for buggies so that is great. I have booked five nights in Cape Town and then I might take a bus to the Garden Route. My son might enjoy a trip on the steam train. I know that I will never go out after dark for the sake of safety.
What sort of things do you plan to do on your vacation?
Do you think that seeing a city and spending time at the sea would appeal to you?

Hi maximax! We don't have a plan for vacation yet, but your trip sounds good and I hope that you and your toddler will have great time there. I am living in the city for more than two years now. And if I have the chance to have vacation I will choose to be in the beach as I haven't seen one for few years now. Happy travels.

Hi CJay. I hope that you will go to the beach in 2009. It will lovely if you get the chance to go on vacation. I consider weather and think January will be perfect for Cape Town, It is a city with a beautiful mountain and some lovely beaches. Thanks for wishing me happy traveling.

Hello maximax. I think that Roben Island is worth visiting. Mr Mandela was once put in jail there for about thirty years. I respect Mandela a lot for his contribution to help his people away from the maltreat and discrimination then. It is now part of the history... I hope that you will enjoy your travel in South Africa. Take care.

Well in vacation i and my family will go to some good and beautiful places. It's really good to see like hangtusi is really nice to see. Fully garden and trees. It's not small minimum of 140 Acres. So cute animals and birds.

I like to have a rough draft for my vacation, that is a list of things I hope to achieve while on holiday. Now however, most holidays involve visiting old and young relatinve on both sides of my family. My wife has siblings, and an elderley mother in north of Thailand, and a daughter in New Zealand. My family are spread the langth and breadth of Australia, which leaves us little time for extra vacations -just for us- although we ocassionally squeese in a few days on one of the beautiful islands here.
Before I married my second wife, I used to travel alone. On arrival I would study local maps to find places that interested me, but would not be frequented by hoards of tourists. I would visis places where locals were locals and not looking for tourits handouts, as many do in larger cities. Have a great trip.

Hi!going to a trip, I admire your life so much! I only do some trips on foot around the place where I am studying. My school is located on the southeast of China one of costs of the Pacific Ocean. So I wish one day I would have the choice to have a trip abroad. Wish you have a good time in your trip with your son.

Now i am also thinking of a trip, with my boy friend, but lack of money. So i hope i can earn some from myplt, and just as the pocket money.
Hope my situation will be beeter. And i will think of trallving abroud. Now the place i very want to travel is Hongkong.

Hi Max. I love traveling so seeing every part of the city (or most of it) i'm visiting would appeal to me. Your trip sounds fun. I won't be taking a vacay myself until next year.
