How often do you put Chap stick on in the winter?

I was just wondering how often you put chap stick on your lips in the winter? I have been putting it on quite a bit here lately. My lips keep getting chapped and then for a few days they will be fine and then they will get chapped again. I think I am going to try and put the chap stick on more often, either that or try a different kind.
Do you get really chapped lips in the winter, how bad?
My skin doesn't dry out that bad but I do try and put lotion on at least one time in three days, sometimes I do it everyday but I forget a lot. My heels and elbows are the worst for the dry skin. My shoulders would be next but none of them are bad at all. My lips get chapped quite often though.

I find that when I don't drink water my lips get chapped more. So yes mine do in the winter as well. I don't drink as much water as I do in the summer. So try drinking more water. YOur friend onlydia

I do use chap stick every day, I have this habit of licking my lips so I use it even if my lips aren't sore, trying to biuld them up so they don't get sore. Its awful when they are sore, they hurt even more.

yes i really get chapped lips pretty bad in winter, so i have use chap stick every day. i usually put it on at night right before i go to bed, that way it won't get smeared off from eating and drinking. that's usually enough to keep my lips fine for the entire following day.
my skin also dries out pretty bad so i have to put on lotion after every shower, but in winter i don't take a shower every day. my hands are the worst 'cos i wash them a lot during the day. my heels are pretty bad too especially 'cos i wear flip flops all the time even in winter. i just hate wearing shoes 'cos it makes my feet sweaty and the winter here is mild so i can wear flip flops year round. the price is just i have to put lotion on my feet every night.

i am constantly putting chapstick on
atleast 6 times a day. Especially in the colder weather

I put on chap stick very often in the winter especially where I am from. The winters get so nasty here that it dries my body. I have to keep my lips moisturized or I will get that nasty purple line or my lip makes that split like a cut. I just don't like wintertime. Not only do I have to worry about my skin breaking into small open sores and scratches during the wintertime but also my lips.

Hi. I'm in Florida now. It's raining the whole day. Nobody from my family use chap stick yet. We will use that probably once we go to North Carolina next month for the holiday. I'm not looking forward to applyng chap stick from time to time but I guess we all have to do it.
