Unfortunately you only have 2 options, changing computer in that cybercafe in case the problem is the computer -which looks unlikely jugding by what you tell-, or changing cybercafe. So bad it's not working well. I hope you can solve the problem!

In the cybercafe doesnt have more computers? or you just like that computer? maybe you can talk with the boy or girl who is the cashier and tell him or her the problem, and maybe they can help you!! i dont really understand but the computer restart or you put it the buttom to restart??? well if you tell me more information maybe we can get a solution :). My guess is that the network you're connecting to isn't built to support as many people as it does. If the network doesn't have enough bandwith to support everyone, then it will crash when the bandwidth is full. Talk to the owner of the cafe and tell him your problem. Let him now that for around another $50 a month he could add a lot more bandwidth. Luke

I think the cyber cafe you are visiting has very limited internet band with, if you are getting the time out often it could be cause by overuse internet band with. Maybe some one in that downloading a big file, or maybe some one watching a movie. I other word, the cyber cafe need to upgrade their internet band with, I's no use to restart your PC, even for a thousand time when the problem is reside on the other end. Find another cafe that have faster internet. BR
