Numbers in this interest group have increased steadily, but they have now started to flatline a little so I think it's time to reawaken the quirky, effervescent and borderline insane beast in all of us! You wanna muck around a bit? Then spank a panda! You wanna act outside of what is expected of you and release some pent up desires to let loose? Then the panda is waiting. He doesn't mind at all actually. Bamboo stocks are at an all time high and he has assumed the position! Me? I am just sitting here, working and mylotting as usual. Part of me wishes to break into a silly dance accompanied by some ridiculous song, yet I am ever mindful that I am on the 5th floor and someone may just throw me off the balcony..... So where are all the crazies then? Hit me with your insanity people as the panda's primed and ready!

Well I've done my bit this week, and I refuse to do any more until the bruising in my spanking hand goes away. If the little blighters would stay still long enough I'd use a paddle on them, but they refuse to cooperate, especially those little Amanda Pandas with their outraged bleating at being on the receiving end. Mind you, I'm having a good close look at the possibilites inherent in bamboo as a substitute for spanking toys. Hmmn. They could eat the cane after they've been "spanked". Sort of stick and carrot approach, only more "cane and cane" really. Lash

Spanking hand bruising? I shudder to think what the panda's butt must resemble then Lash! lol. The key with the bamboo rods apparently is to soak them for a few days in water first to get them more pliable..... Allowing them to eat the can afterwards is actually not a bad idea either. I may not have those permanent tooth marks in my cheek if I had of thought of this earlier! Thanks for the response and keep working on those Amanda Panda's. They'll give in eventually!

Well actually a few days might be a bit over the top, I find that a couple of hours, as long as the ends have been sandpapered back, generally suffices. After all, it would not be very nice for a dedicated panda spanker to break his/her cane on poor panda's bottom. Are you sure this topic shouldn't be under the BDSM Lifestyle heading lol? Lash

Panda Spanking Diploma - Awarded to grandpa_lash for his ongoing dedication to the panda spanking cause!
It certainly seems to be heading towards an honourable mention in that category at least Lash! I admire your dedication to the cause I have to say! Sandpapering of bamboo.... Spanking hand bruising..... There is only one thing left to do really. These are usually reserved for the Top 10 in this interest category, but please accept your Panda Spanking Diploma below:

I am not feeling even slightly crazy today but spanking pandas is a fun activity, so is tying them up before spanking them. Hmm releasing pent up desires on pandas what an interesting idea. So if we bound the panda with ropes and tickled it wouldn't that be fun. I wonder if pandas are ticklish. So tickle them and then when they are hopelessly giggling spank them with that bamboo and leave pretty little designs. Now that sounds like fun.

Along the way a BDSM element crept in sharra! lol. Between you and Lash; and now Bo as well, these panda's don't stand a chance! There's talk of pinwheels or something and God knows what else and I am torn between engaging the new spin-off as an offbeat addition to the cause, or making a sly call to the WWF! They ARE ticklish by the way. You can use the leaves you strip from the bamboo canes to run across the pads of their feet! They have an odd laugh too; but if you tickle 'em too much they can let out bamboo farts, so go easy on 'em if you treasure your nostrils! Thanks for the response.

But thanks to the inputs of several dedicated panda spankers, a new use for the bamboo has been discovered! They can't eat all the bamboo at once and there is always lengths of it laying around right? So now we have canes to aid in spanking when our hands get tired! I reckon you should tie the feather boa to a cane and use it like a whip!

Like I said before I use my feather boa to spank the panda and he giggles do much and that makes me laugh so much I cannot do anything else. So I do not bother with the bamboo except for him to eat.

I'm here , I'm here. . The most dedicated panda spanker of them all. Give me the bamboo as well and i may just spank him with it afterall. 5th floor dancing with a ridiculous song . Is there a pool below to break your fall ? For if there is i'm in the mood of really letting go and just might push you off the balcony James and may be jump in behind you. A good splash it will be.

There is absolutely no pool in sight alok! If there was I would probably be well into the second verse by now..... It is an absolute shame their isn't though because we could paint our faces black and white like members from the band KIZZ, then link arms, jump for all we're worth and completely saturate everyone within a two block radius! Thanks for the response and it's great to have my trusty panda spanking friend along for the ride as always! By the way, there is some fresh bamboo and even a fresh panda on your profile! lol.

Oh How I needed this bad;y! I am sorry I didn't do my bit last week. I was terribly upset over some thing, kept to myself, hardly talked, hardly do mylot and to top that the horrific attack from Wednesday night. I still have to get out of it. Hoping to do some panda spanking in a different way though. But that would still be panda spanking with the essence intact, isn't it!

That last sentiment you shared after Opal's comments is a horrifying thought mimpi. The only way is up from here and the world is on India's side on this one 100%. Positivity and goodness will prevail I am sure. As for a good ol' panda spanking, I say ease on into it in any way you see fit! But I can assure you that it will ignite a very bright flame that shall engulf any negative thoughts or feelings you've been having for sure. Sometimes we need to shelter ourselves from the realities of certain aspects of life with the occasional bout of inanity and insanity, so bring it on over and we shall carry you through mimpi! Thanks for the response and you will be out of this mood before you know it, I promise.

Hey james! I've been a member in this interest for some time now, but I don't seem to able earn a ranking yet! I don't quite understand why! I just as crazy as the rest of you panda spankers! And by the way, you never send me those cute panda spanking comments! Should I just be insulted! I'm trying to get some rank here! The panda recognizes me, why don't you ask him? So where are all the trusted panda spankers now? It's after 6:00am and I still haven't even seen my bed yet! So not only am I crazy I'm extremely sleep deprived or is that depraved? I'm not quite sure anymore! Well, I've enjoyed another panda spanking. I've fed him some cane and he seems content now so I'm off to see the Wizard! Oh, I don't know what I'm saying! Something about ruby slippers that's all I can remember~till next time....

Heya Opal! No ranking? Well I see one for ya now with the grand old score of 45th! You had better get your spanking hand into gear I reckon! A panda comment is on it's way so donlt you woory. All I ask is that you forgive me for the oversight. As for the lack of sleep, I am pretty confident that the deprivation will have cause depravation Opal so you are right on all counts for sure. lol. Plenty of cane feeding is a wise move too as the more well fed they are, the less cranky they are in return and they sleep for longer hours too. When you hook up with the Wizard, please ask him if I can have one of those pointy hats with the stars and moons and stuff on it. Thanks for the response and you had better get yourself some sleep before panda spanking becomes a way of life rather than a brief release!

Wooohoooo! I have risen from 5 to 3 in rank here, and I have not posted anything in a week, how mon.........ummmm panda spanking great is that! I have sandpapered the panda's butt, as I suggested to Lash, fed him the bamboo, even put a little salve on his poor backside while he was pacified with the bamboo and juicy bamboo shoots. I have bathed and washed my hair, gotten dressed and have answered my e-mail, all before breakfast. I hope you noticed that I took care of the panda before I did anything else. I take panda spanking very seriously. He must get his attention everyday. If we fail to give him that attention, he will wither and die, curled up amongst the bamboo. DON'T LET THE PANDA DIE, PEOPLE! Get in there and get to spanking!

No wonder you needed salve if you've been sandpapering panda butt Bo! Be careful now, because the hand and the cane will now have a pretty good chance of sliding straight off it's butt everytime you spank it. Smoothing it down generally results in this happening I'm afraid. I do have to commend you though for putting the panda's needs before your own! See how doing this caused positive karma to bump your ranking all the way to 3rd? Panda spanking is indeed a very serious affair and the bamboo stocks must be kept at a constant. A hungry panda is a cranky panda and that's just counterproductive. Spank on, spank away, viva la spanking and thanks for the response and let us pray for further spankers to embrace the dream.

Well the term is of course metaphorical, but if you WERE to actually spank a panda, the technique is quite simple really. The key is to get the palm moving at a downward angle of no greater than 45 degrees for one. This will ensure a good spanking sound and will limit the sting in your own hand. It also helps keep flying fur at a minimum! Taking this angle out of the equation and going back to the metaphorical side of things, panda spanking is pretty much acting in a way that's insane, inane and unexpected and never having to explain yourself! Life is too damn serious most of the time, and it's good to be able to just let loose and act silly once in a while. So now you know, so get yer butt into gear and spank with abandon mtdewgurl!

Good morning James. I was looking through the list of discussions that friends have started trying to find you because I have a question and this is the first one I found of yours. Somehow I'm getting the idea that you don't start many discussions. Anyway, what I wanted to ask you is do you get notified when someone comments on your discussions? I know you have your notifiers turned off so you don't get notified when someone starts a discussion and I'm beginning to see the wisdom in that. However, I would be lost if I wasn't notified when someone responded to what I've said. How would I ever know that I needed to get back to them for further conversation? Anyway, I'm just asking.

Hi savak. I maybe start a discussion every two to three days or so I guess. I finally did decide to turn notifys on for about 30 - 40 people around 2 weeks ago (Including you) and I've left them on since. I didn't set it up to receive notifications of comments on my discussions, no. The only notifications I get are when people start their own discussions and that's it. I have no patience for anything more than that I'm afraid. What I'm doing and have always done though, is to keep an eye on my discussions through multiple windows being open at once throughout the day. I may miss a few here and there, but I generally manage to keep on top of things quite well this way. This system's not for everybody, but it works for me! Have I missed any of your comments by any chance?

You're most welcome savak. Word of warning though, be prepared for a crapload of emails! lol. This is why I had it off for 2 years or so, because all the emails were dricing me insane. The only reason I turned it on for some people is because it needs to be a 2-way street for these people to get my discussion notifications too and they were constantly asking me about it. Anyways, for now I'm OK with going into my inbox every day and deleting heaps of emails and lets hope I don't get annoyed with it again like last time.

No, you haven't missed any of my comments which is why I thought there was a separate way to be notified. I am extremely gratified that when you decided to turn on some notifiers you included me in that number. Maybe that is what I should do, just turn off the ones that don't have anything intelligent to say. I have accepted all the friend requests that have been made and then watch and see what they turn into. However there are only a few that I would really call friend. Of course you are top of the list. Anyway, maybe I'll play around with it and see what happens. Thanks for the info.

lol. Hi bellamommy. To put it simply, panda spanking is a metaphor of sorts and means - to be uninhibited, silly, inane and just plain crazy once in a while. It is also all about finding humour in anything and just letting go of steam once in a while through silly interactions with others. Life can be very serious and every now and then we can benefit from acting in unexpected ways. For example, if you are standing at a bus stop with 20 other people; and a man across the street trips on the kerb and falls flat on his face; but YOU are the only person that is rolling around on the floor laughing..... Then THAT'S a panda spanking moment! Thanks for the response and I hope I made sense! lol. P.S: And yes, at first glance it DOES seem to allude to a bizarre form of BDSM but Lash and a few others have initiated their own panda spanking moment and gone off on a new tangent! This is what it is all about! Expect the unexpected!

I suggest you re-read the opening post, which does explain it. As for the BDSM, you can blame that element on me and mine, James didn't have that in mind I'm sure. It's all just a bit of fun (er, Panda Spanking more so than BDSM lol). Lash

which part of the hand spanks better? The palm? Or the back of the palm? The palm may be more cushioned but it's got ridges, and the depressed portion of the middle can actually cause a certain kind of vacuum that only the most numb of all numb cannot feel! However, the back of the palm has prominent bones which can be fatal during collision. Help me sort things out O Master my master.

Don't go using the back of the hand now! Not only will you run the risk of damaging your knuckles if you hit their tailbone by mistake, you also might leave bruises on their butts and then the WWF'll come swooping in! Don't be concerned with the vaccuum created either. What it does is suck up all the positive panda spanking energy and you'll find your euphoria increasing by the second.
