mammograms are very important if you are over 40 you need to have a mammogram at least once a year.also you need to check your breast at least every month.if you find a lump see your doctor immediately.my sister in-law breast was leaking fluid for a long time before she seeked medical care when she did go to see about her breast her breast was completely gone and still leaking fluid.they removed her breast she took chemotherapy and finished it .and she was on medication she stop taking her medication in a short while the cancer return when i saw her she didn,t even look like herself i didn,t know who she was thats how bad the cancer had eaten her up her features didn,t even favor her anymore.shortly after this she died leaving behind 2 son,s and later her sister died of breast cancer as well which was a shock to us all.so you see cancer is no joke taking good care of your breast is very important.

I am 38. I had one when I was 35 as a precautionary measure. They found nothing. So now I will be on track when I am 40. I watch my health pretty closely.

i can't believe it. i still haven't had a mammogram ever since. but im still 25. i just had my smear tests and that's all. i have no problems or any symptoms that may alarm me. anyway,i'll go to the doctor and ask if she will recommend that i'll take the tests or not. thanks for sharing..
