I definately think mental healh can be a big factor when it comes to physical health. Like you said when we are feeling sad and depressed we neglect taking care of our selves. We may also eat more to chear ourselves up. We can also lose sleep or sleep to much which effects our brain chemistry, which can affect our body's chemistery. It is all very much linked.

My Dear Friend
Yes I agree with you .
I think that our physical and mental health are related to each other.
If we are not physically strong , our mental aptitude will be lesser and vice versa .
So I think both physical and mental health are equally important

Yes! I know for a fact that mental health does affect physical health. Severe depression makes it very difficult for people to take care of themselves. To fix the meals and get the exercise they need to be healthy.

Oh, it definately does, and it also works the other way around. When someone is in stress mode, it can be really bad for the digestive system and other systems of the body. It can make your hair fall out and ruin your sleep. I don't think there really is a downside to pure happiness. Hope you feel better these days!

This is true. The link between mind and body is a very strong one, you can even stop some disease to appear by emanating positive thoughts. There were cases when people with no apparent health problems, but that confronted real psychologycal problems. This affected their physical health, and soon, they have become ill. So,don't think negative!
Have a nice day!
