2. Drink Apple Juice
3. Sleep well
4. Enjoy simple Pleasures
5. Exercise your mind
6. Practice Yoga or Meditation
7. Reduce Sugar intake
8. Eat whole wheat
9. Eat a light meal at night
10. Control your temper
11. Take Vitamin B-complex
12. Develop imagination

Yes, these all are very good one's to supercharge your brain. I would add play word games, that will exercise your brain.

It's a good idea but i think it is more difficult to follow the list you gave at least for me it is very difficult but still i will try to follow those thank you for the suggestions

wow! yeah, you are right. we most of the time take the health of our brains for granted. but i didn't know that almost and apple juice are good foods for the brain.
i will keep all these tips in mind. and yeah, you are right, controlling one's temper can indeed be good for our brain's health. because if we are angry, we cannot think straight and we are most likely to use it for our detriment. angry thoughts are really unhealthy and will affect our overall health.

Control your temper
Bleached food, excess of starch or excess of white bread can lead to nerve grating effect. This results in a violent and some time depressive behavior. Eat fresh vegetables. Drink lots of water and meditate or practice yoga to relieve these toxic emotions of temper and stressful mood swings.

i guess it can only be attain if you really wanted to have a great concentration. i guess all in all that includes self discipline. i like all the suggestion except for the yoga, its very hard.
