I just read this article. I found it interesting. Yellow could be THE color for 2009. With the economy and gloom they think it will help to brighten peoples spirit. It started with fashion and now yellow, had already been gaining popularity in the home market, too. My kitchen and living room are yellow. Do you have any yellow in your home?
What color would brighten up your life?

My kitchen is light green but has alot of Yellow accents since it is also accented with Yellow sunflowers and Sunflower pictures. I am going to be painting it a soft yellow which I have gotten already since Yellow is my favorite color. It is my little sisters also. I would think Red would be a good accent color to brighten someones day also. It means Passion so it would lift someone mood I think. I heard Orange(tangerine) makes people feel better also.

Yellow is a fine color and I have been told I look good in it, too. I don't, however wear it often. Perhaps I should as a way of brightening up my wardrobe.

No, I have no yellow in my house. I'm not crazy about yellow. I like a lot of blue, hubby likes a lot of black. Although our house isn't currently decorated, once it is it will look like a big bruise, lol.

Yeloow is a warm colour - I love it too. It os a happy colour. My favourite colour is blue and my sitting room is in cream and blue. I find it calming. M house is small and so my walls are painted in a cream colour but my bathroom is green and cream. Hey girl, I hope that you are taking time off to REST before delivery. Blessings
