Are you up early enough to see the sunrise?

No, I don't get up early enough to see the sunrise. I used to when I was working. If I am up to see it, I do take the time to look at it. It is a very beautiful sight. I guess I should make more time to see them. You only get to see so many in a lifetime.

I get up early enough, and make my husband's and kids lunches, but I never think to look, as I usually crawl back in to bed after that. I am not a morning person, so most mornings I don't think to look outside and see the amazing sunrise. I know I should take the time to look as I am sure it is amazing.

what time is sunrise? LOL I usually get out of bed about 6:45 but this morning it was closer to 7:30! I don't usually see a sunrise so I guess I don't. Marsha

I was waking up before sunrise since many years. But, lately due to my work, I cannot able to wake up like that. Because, I usually work in nights and I have to sleep in the early morning. So I think its very difficult for me to get up. But yes, its really good for health to get up like that. But, you have to go to bed early in the night to wake up early in the morning. Unfortunately due to my work shift, I think many cannot do so as some would be going to sleep only in the early morning, because of various work shifts.

I used to get up early even long before the sunrise. But now a days, the freezing cold never let me to rise before. I love watching the sunrise.
