The main dish at my Christmas dinner will be a spiral ham. I have always loved the way a spiral ham tast and that it is always pre-cut so that there is little cuttin to mess it up.

We'll either do turkey again or ham, depending on what my husband wants. I'll also make potato salad, candied yams, stuffing (if I cook a turkey), whatever strikes my fancy and I'll buy some pies.

Since it will only be my fiance, my daughter, and I, I am doing some slices of ham, fried and mashed potato's, a small bowl of macaroni salad, some fresh veggies, some fresh biscuts, and a small cake to celebrate my daughters first birthday. I am really excited. It is the first year we get to spend christmas at our house since, we were in the hospital last year while I delivered my daughter, so this year is just going to be relaxing and our daughter enjoying her presents.

Hi annjilena! I haven't decided what I will be making for my Christmas dinner yet! I don't think it will be turkey again because we just finished having turkey for Thanksgiving. We don't really like ham here that much so it won't be ham either. I was thinking about making a lasagna possibly and maybe chicken cutlets. My boyfriend loves them both. But it will all depend on who is coming for dinner and who we will be spending it with. So we won't be deciding it until a few weeks from now. At this time I'm just not sure. If my girlfriend wants to have it with us again and her sister is coming them we will decide who is cooking what again. So I guess we will have to wait and see.

I have not actually planned my dear. I'm taking of something new this time around. I'm tired of the usual spaghetti, carbonora, fruit and veggie salads, roasted chicken, braised beef, gelatin and cakes. I'm now in search of new recipes which will surprise and delight my family!
