My cell phone started going off yesterday and i thought i was getting a text message because it was the same tone used. When i went to check it, it was something about my software is going to update and to hit okay. Well it would not stop ringing until i hit okay. Well it started updating and when it finished nothing seemed different. A few hours later I was bored and was going to play a game on my phone and to my surprise...IT WAS GONE!!! I had two games on my phone, one that was factory installed and one i downloaded, and bother were gone. I searched everywhere on the thing, and then when what i finally found was a place where i had to re-download them. I thought that was the oddest thing. Like i said i never heard of a cell phone needing a software or whatever update and no one i have talked has ever had it happen either. I know of people getting upgrades on there phone, but thats it, and thats people doing it, not the phone saying hey i need this and i am going to do it so hit okay. Have you ever had this happen?? Anyone know why this happened?? Anyone know why my games went off to lala land and i had to hunt them down??

Maybe I could help you, it's so-called text virus of cellphone, which is prevalent recetenly and usually disguises itself as updating software. What you should do is delete this kind of message once you receive it. If you open it, the result is...........

Thanks for the best answer. I've been using the cellphone for several years and I am still crazy about it. If you need any help about it, just let me know.
