Mark a best response - the discussion stops?

If the discussion is interesting I still respond to it even it has a best response marked already. Because that's why it's called discussion, its not about if your response is the best or not but it's about sharing thoughts, ideas, knowledge and other things in life. I don't think it will be terminated if you have marked one already it will still be open to other members to read and respond to it as long as it don't violates any rules.

No. I don't think it might be getting terminatted. Because, even if a 'best' response is a persoal issue, you don't know you might get even a better answer. But as you have marked someone's answer as a best one, you may not be able to mark it again. Well, that's what I think. I donno the rules of MyLot too well. But the responses may well be in the pipeline.

even after you mark the best discussion the discussion is not over. anybody can post. only if your discussion is reported and does not fulfill the term of mylot then your discussion will not exist anymore and will not find that dicussion anywhere. i respond to a discussion even if the best dicussion is selected. i like to give my opinion and carry the interesting discussion forward. happy mylotting!!!!

It would depend on how many responses there was and what was said. I only respond to disccusions that I feel can add something to. I'm not going to post just to say what 20 other people already said. So, probably not. However, if I had something new/different to say than the best response, yes.
