How many days annual leave do you still have for this year?

I just checked with my administrator today, and I still have 6.5 days annual leave. I need to clear all my annual leave by end of December, otherwise they will be forfeited. How about you? Does your company allow to convert the annual leave to cash, or carry forward to next year?

Hello my friend kaka135 Ji, Well, I am very sorry to dis-appoint you but, I am a retired person's wife and we do not have any leave like problems and issues in our life. We are always free birds and keep flying as per our sweet will and pleasure. May god bless You and have a great time.

Hello my friend kaka135 Ji, As time moves forward, it brings some sweet and some un-like ones in our loife, but moving finger never stops, it keeps moving only. So once you too come to our age and ttime, you will suely enjoy, but I take it, even after so much life you are able to devote some of your quality time with us, it means you too are free bird. may God bless You and have a great time.

I still have 13 days leave balance and my leave too will be forfeited if I dont use it. I will be taking a few days leave next week. And maybe again for Christmas. But at the end I think there will still be a couple of days leave that may be forfeited.

Thanks for your response. It's kinda "wasted" to let the annual leave get forfeited. Perhaps next year you can plan out your leave, so that you won't waste any of your leaves.

If you are working for yourself, then perhaps you don't get any annual leave, right? You can just rest whenever you like to. ^_^ 10 days left? That's quite a lot, as it's already December now.

Year, it'd be really nice if we can convert the annual leave balance to cash. My sister's company is allowed to do that, so at the end of the year, she'll get some extra money.
