Do you know how hard it is?

I have been searching the internet for an online supplier of ceramic earthenware slip. I am sick to death of trying to get it locally and having to rely on other people in order to get it. I want to find someone I can order from online so I can have it shiped directly to me. That way I can stock p on it while I am working and wouldn't have to worry about running out when I am not working and not having enough money to buy it.
I have found one dealer on Ebay who ships the powder form which is fine with me I can mix it no problem. It is not easy to find a supplier either local or on the internet.

I do not know where my friends who had the shop got their slip. It seems like forever ago that I did any ceramics. It does make it hard to work when your supply runs out. I thought you had to have a special kind of mixer to get the slip to mix to rhe right consistency.

I just mix mine with a drill and a long funny looking attachment and it does fine.

ordered my slip this morning. It should be here by thursday and it came to $8.80 a gallon as opposed to $11.50 a gallon locally and I don't have to go anywhere and pick it up.
I use a drill and an attachment that mixes the slip which I have to do anyway so why not just mix it from powder? I am going to stock up on the powder (comes in batches that makes 5 gallons) once I get back to work and order it once a month and then twice in may so I don't run out anyways soon. He says he carries it all the time so this is going to be a good thing.
