Well,I am scared of injections in my childhood.Whenever I had to visit a doctor,I would be holing my breath awaiting the decision of the doctor. And I would be more relaxed if he prescribed only pills and tonics. If it was the word injection that came out of his mouth, then I would be creating a scene until he was done with it.Later on ,I understood that injections are for quick remedy andlearned to take it easy. How about you?

Why would you have needed injections when you were but a child? Pills and tonics are usually given to children unless they have something pretty serious. I have very few injections. I don't recall ever having an injection when I was a child. Quick rememdy or not I fail to see why a child would need these very often.

I think it depends on which country you are from. In my country, the kids have to get the injections of BCG, Hepatitis B vaccination (3 shots). So, the kids here have to face many injections from born until 12 years old.
