Gel Eye Mask.

I am not auditioning for the role of Batman nor Robin, or The Lone Ranger. However I do own a pair of these thingamagigs. I use mines to just lay back and relax, to relieve stress and for relief from straining my eyes being on the computer so much. I use them when I have a headache too. They can be use either cold or hot. When I want the cold feeling I put them in the fridge and when I want warm I put it in a container of hot water and let them stay for about 30 minutes.
Some other uses are:
Used cold to reduce puffiness or warm to relieve stress
Can help subside black eyes and wrinkles
Helps keep eyes young and beautiful
Helps relieve fatigue and recover readily
Can be used to relieve a high fever by placing the eye mask on the brow.
What are your thoughts about the Eye Masks?

Wow that thing has quite a lot of benefits huh? I;m just getting over a ragging headache that started lastnight but keeps trying to rise back onto the surface. I get much sleep so my eyes has to be puffy and I'm always fatigue.
I'm not gonna mention the rest, there isn't enough time here, but I can use one of those Gel Eye Mask too. Where can you buy it at? Where did you get yours?

Hi Chevee,
I had one around the house but cannot find it and yes I agree with you they are very good, especially if you have suitcases under your eyes like I have.

I do own a pair and keep them in the vegetable bin of the refrigerator, that way I always know where to find them and they are always cold.. I use them about once a year at least, for a headache of my own or when my son has one.. I love them when I need them but other than that, they are out of sight and out of mind..
