The untied states does not require GMO foods to identify it's GMO status on product labeling. If a food item is genetically modified and then grown without pesticides, fertilizers and other synthetic substances, can they be put on the shelf with the label 'organic'?

I'm really not sure. I suppose, like any thing, you'll have to reach it. It's ashame. Food is becoming more and more deadly as the years go on. The laws tend to work in funny ways.
