It seems as if ever since I turned 40 my body has been going through changes. First of all I find myself using my inhaler for my Asthma more often now and my vision is kinda blurry. Neither one of those are fun. I have to make a couple of appointments for me. So let me ask you a question, After turning 40 have you noticed changes about yourself? They do say that once you turn 40 things start to change I am a full proof that it does. Take care and God Bless! : )

i do not know about the 40 thing, linda.but sometimes i do experience blurring of vision.the doctor said nothing was wrong with my eyes but it was due to stress and about asthma,my mom has increased frequency.the doctor said it was because of decreased immunity and adviced her to have lot of fruits like apples. happy mylotting.

Oh Gosh. Forty was the start of the turning point of my life. Had to have two surgeries because of degenerating joint disease and then it went down hill from their, being diagnosed over the next 5 years with all kinds of bad things. Forty was a bad year for me.

Well I am 39 and I have had Asthma all my life. But I never even believed it until I was in my early thirties, because I had no symptoms. Now that I live close to the beach, my Asthma is worse than ever. This is the season for Asthma and Allergy flare ups. I have come across several people in the last few days whose Asthma symptoms are bothering them, including me. I need to find a specialist to help me get mine under control.

I had asthma and it seemed as if there was going to be nothing that could make it better. I tried some home remedies and it seems that one of them is working. I have to keep on observing and see if this continues. Cheers!!

Hey linda! That's what happens when you turn 40! The vision starts to go! That's when I started to notice that I couldn't read things too well! I wasn't able to read small print and I got so upset! Turns out I needed reading glasses! Yup! Then it was all downhill from then on!lol I hate to tell you the rest! My vision got worse until I now can't see a damned thing without glasses! I wear one pair for reading and one pair just to see! But, don't worry Linda, you have a really long time to catch up to me! More like a lifetime! I had perfect vision until I was in my forties, so don't be worried! You probably just need a slight prescription for reading! No big deal! I'm just teasing you! Try on those magnifying glasses in the stores and see if that helps. But, you really should just get an eye exam!

I am only 30 and I do not have asthma. My sister in law is 38 and she just found out she has asthma about 6 months ago. I think it is normal to start to notice changes the older we get. I am only 30, but I have noticed things too.
