Man Jailed for Not Supporting Kid that ISNT his!

can we say "call maury!!" this would be horrible!! he was already supporting 4 kids and then to be accused of being the father and not paying on another one then losing his job and being thrown in jail?? bad luck!!

Well, some times, the system just isn't fair. And when that happens, vindictive women who were not happy with their ex-spouse, use the system to get back at them!
To think they have a charter to protect women from an unfair legal system.
Sometimes, I think they should have one for men too.

That is absolutely crazy. If I were that guy I would fight to get my money back for as long as it took.

yeah so would i but im guessing no job and them already taking money etc he may not be able to afford a good lawyer.. but heck if i was a lawyer i would take his case for free!!

i wish articles would give more info and follow ups.. seems like all the good stories you hear a little bit of then never hear anything about ever again!!
