have you experienced a very bad headache but only right or left side?

That looks like you are having migraine. Or maybe you are allergic to some kind of food. Normally if I over eat chocolates I will experience this kind of terrible headache. Or when I am in a crowd I will end up getting severe headache. This is easy cure, you withdraw to the bedroom and have a good rest. Make sure the room is totally dark. You will soon come out of your headache.

Yes, I deal with that alot. It could be because of a migraine. Or because your neck is out. As in my case. I have a previous neck injury from being in a wrcek caused by someone else. My neck will pop out of place causing one side of my head and neck to hurt.

it seems stress causes these type of headaches.always keep your body hydrated and when you get such type of headaches,go to a dark room and take some rest along with a painkiller.

I have actually experienced such headaches for years. I once consulted a doctor years ago about it and have undergone some testing and it came that it's just migraine. The doctor told me that I have to observe and take note of my activities that triggers such headaches. The left side of my head really really aches and all I want would be just to lie down and sleep it off. I did noticed that when I get exposed to harsh lights and be in the direct sunlight even for a few minutes trigger such headache. I also noticed that when I am under work stress and have less than 6 hours sleep, my headaches would become severe to the point wherein the left side of my head becomes numb.

Am not sure about your headache bombshell, I do have bad headaches from time to time but not migraines maybe someone else on here will be able to shed some light on this for you...hugs littleowl

I am the headache queen, I have had every kind of headache known to man, so I think that I can help you lol. When I have headaches that are on one side of my head only, it usually is a sinus headache. This is when mucus backs up in the sinus cavities, and causes sinus pressure. The best way to get rid of it is to take some kind of sinus medicine, that will clear up the mucus, and hopefully get rid of the pressure. I hope this helps you.

Yes last week. On my right hand side just behind and above my ear. I think that it was a sinus headache. I know that it was there when I went to bed and still there when I woke. It's quite scary as you start to think horrible thoughts about it. I hope that your goes soon.

Yes I have had this happen and I'm not quite sure why it does only one sode. I will just take some advil and lay down til it subsides. That is one I will have to check out and or ask my doctor about. I do hope yours get better and they don't happen as often.
