I'm a mish mash!

I have no brothers or sisters my friend so I guess I am a mish mash of both my mother and father although truth be know 95% of me is my mum's side because I don't want to be anything like my father! I take after my mum in the sensitive factors as well as the vulnerable factor as well hence the bullying! However I am very practical and will lend my hand to anything like my mum, we are very resourceful, caring and I think the only thing I am of my father is stubborn, mind you I am Taurean so that doesn't help either! My dad loves football, I hate football with a passion, my dad is obese I am slim, my dad drinks heavily and smokes heavily, I don't drink or smoke! I am my mother's son alright, I sometimes wonder if I have got the right mother and the wrong father!

I don't really reflect either side Humbug. Although people do say that I look like my dad. But he's over 6' tall and I'm 5'8" on a good day! However, we have a similar sense of humour and interests. He's much more disciplined and intelligent than I am though. I have my mother's sense of the critical and her sarcasm on a bad day!! Overall though I'm me.

oh it is an inside joke in the family that i am adopted.i am fair-skinned while others are dark.i have gone on my fathers family in terms of color. happy mylotting.

Hi humbug25, resemble both of my parent's but I think I look like my mom and I have some of my dads personalty traits, as for who I resemble most I think resemble my mom most at least thats what my grandmother on my mom side said.

In my family i turned after my mum in height and personality whereas my sister turned after my dad more. Though she dont have a beard and moustashe!!!

I'm mish mash too.I'm only children of my family. when i was a child,many people said i like my father more than mother.but now,i think i like my mum more:)

I have a lot of my Dad's qualities, temper, impatience, etc., but I look an awful lot like my Mom and her side of the family. I do see a little bit of my Dad in my features, just not as much as I see my Mom. As a matter of fact, a few years ago, I got my driver's license in the mail. There was some kind of note in the envelope, so I just tossed the license on the table to read the note. When I glanced down, my initial reaction to my picture was, "Why on earth would they send me my Mom's driver's license?"
