yummm Marcie:) it's been a while since I had chocolate turtles, but I sure love 'em --just the combination of milk chocolate, caramel & pecans is divine!! My sister & I also actually make chocolates with filling haven't tried to make turtles though--pecans here are pretty expensive--we actually have an order for a wedding this dec...so pretty busy--Advanced Merry Christmas to you btw:D

I love chocolate turtles! I have made them myself once or twice but it was a long time ago. I just buy them now, a lot less work for sure!

Bitter chocolate?? I have never heard of bitter chocolate. It sounds like a totally disappointing contradiction. I must set out to try some for myself.

I love turtles. I have made them before and they turned out pretty good, but not as good as the ones you buy at the store. I have not had them in awhile. I had a few Pixies the other day. Those are very similar to turtles, but they are made by a different company.

Hi there marciascott What exactly are chocolate turtles? I like all chocolate but I do like Hershey's hugs and kisses but you can't get them here in the UK. I would send them home to my family when I was living out in the US not just to eat but because I felt like I was sending them hugs and kisses!!!

Oh my, you have made me salivate for chocolate. I am a chocoholic, candy freak, and an all around junk food junky. How could I be so weak!!! It is 12:59a.m. All the stores are closed, but we have vending machines in my building.

Of course I love chocolate Turtles, THEY ARE CHOCOLATE! No, seriously I am a chocolate fanatic. Salt, just doesn't do it for me! You can keep your chips, your pretzels, your poutine and just hand over the chocolate! In fact, the reality is I will eat just about anything as long as it has chocolate listed as an ingredient. For me chocolate is the fifth food group. And as I'm writing this post, I am reminded of a funny story. A friend of mine had done something wrong and made me angry at him. He knew I was mad, and that he had screwed up. He didn't show up to apologize, he showed up with an armful of chocolate, AND to apologize! He was a very intelligent man!
