Decorated VW Beetle

Driving around Tuesday evening checking out lit up hpouse I came across tyhis beautiful yet odd decorated house. It was a VW Beetle with lkights inside the car as well as outside the car. It also has a plate that says SANTA. I loved this piece of art/decoration. What is the strangest decoration you've ever seen for the holidays?

Aww you should have taken a picture and posted it on MyLot! I would love to see it. SOmeone who lives down the street from me completely covers their house in lights and Christmas things this time of year. It's so much, there are people from other neighborhoods and parts of the city that come there just to look at the lights and they take pictures too. It's crazy.

There's this area near where I used to live in Los Angeles, Candy Cane Lane, which is a neighborhood that all gets together and decorates things up really nicely. The strangest was maybe the house with the small sign in front (and no decorations otherwise) that said "Scrooge"...

Looks a little over the top, to me. I'm betting it's not actually driven around like that... don't think it would be street legal.

Te reflection is on melting snow.
I loved this thing and plan on taking the
grandkids to see it this Saturday evening I hope.

I have seen nothing like that car Bob. I seen a beautiful old fashioned oil lamp on a tall stand in a garden decorated with lights. It really did look beautiful.
My weeping cherry tree in my front garden is decorated with blue lights. A lot of people have commented on it so I suppose it is my art.
I bought some new lights for around my drive on Saturday. They where lovely. My Mother decided to cut across my lawn and tripped on the wire and snapped it. The husband cannot get them working. I am annoyed as they where shooting blue led stars and I loved them.

Do you get fruits on the tree and can at all?
I love weeping willow trees.
Especially all lit for the Holiday.

When I take photographs of my lights they come out really dull. Do I need to take the flash off. I cannot work this camera at night.
Yes it is a flowering cherry tree (no fruit) its a bit like a willow and I have the lights going up and down the branches. It looks good I think, but it is only about three foot high. My hubby is off work tomorrow night. May be he can take better photographs of my lights for me.
I think I seen you house photographs Bob. But I will double check as you add many (which is great though) Keep it up.

The strangest thing that I seen this year was a bird house that was decorated with lights. Also there was a bicycle that was all decirated with lights and had a Santa sitting on the bicycle seat. That was really cool

Wow, that's an interesting car! Does the person drive it? It seems like it would be hard with all those lights! That's cool they have SANTA as the license plate. The coolest thing I've seen during Christmas is a house with many, many lights and music to go along with it. Have a nice day!

Sweet! I remember when my eldest daughter had piano lessons, she went to her piano teacher's house one day near Christmas and he had an inflatable snowman in a perspex case in his living room! He told my daughter it was real - and she wanted to touch the snow, but couldn't! Hahaha!
