Do you get this message every time you login your gmail

Since past 1 month I am getting the message below, a few seconds after everytime I login my gmail mail. Does anybody of you get this message. What could be the reason. I think either my internet connection is slow or some problem with gmail. Message is -- Some Gmail features have failed to load. If this problem persists, try reloading the page, using the older version, or using basic HTML mode Learn more. What is your opinion?

I've seen this message before, but not every time I log in. It's usually due to an unstable or glitchy network. When it does happen to me, I usually go to the older version and it works normally for the most part. I just can't use some of the new features they've recently added. Try it and see if it works for you too.

What I do is I switch to the older version and close some of the browser tabs opening other websites. But certainly gmail server has slowed these days.

Yah this is due to the slow response to gmail server and gmail is smart enough to load the basic page for you instead. If you are downloading videos or bit-torrenting some files, try pause it so you have more bandwidth for gmail (if the message really bothers you. otherwise just ignore it. You just loose some features like shortcuts)

I too think so that the gmail server is getting slower these days. Also, if too many browsers or browser tabs are opened, gmail does not open properly. But I did not find any such problem with yahoomail.

It sounds like you probably need to change your Gmail settings to HTML because it won't load the other way properly. Are you on dial-up connection? If you are not on broadband and use dial-up you probably can't view the Gmail features on a dial-up connection . Switch your email settings to the older version instead.Good Luck!

Even i get the same address i simply ignore it because it think we will get this message because our internet connection is very slow and i think Gmail measures the speed of our internet connection and give suggestions according to it

when one opens his gmail account, this message is seen these days. I use firefox 8. You may be using other browser or other version of firefox.
