Probably my bad habit that is hardest to break would be buying things I don't need but want.

The hardest habit for me to break is smoking. I tried a few times but was unsuccessful. One of these days I will kick the habit and be healthier. Not necessarily happier, but healthier. I use to bite my nails when I was a kid. Someone once told me the boys wouldn't like me if I continued to bite my nails so I quit. It was really that simple. Now I have nails so long and pretty that I get compliments all over the place. Actually hard to type this response because they are too long right now but I love them. Have never worn artificial nails.

Mine would be to quit smoking(still has to be done some day) and quit speeding-I simply don't notice when I do that! That leads to another problem-road rage...:)

Eating healthier! I read a quote somewhere that it's easier to change a man's religion than his diet! I didn't realize what an emotional eater I am until I tried to change my eating habits. I think eating habits are the toughest for me since they are things I've been doing my whole life. Eating is like sleeping or breathing, it's something you always do, every single day! (or want to if even if you can't eat) So, that is a lot of time for a bad habit to form. All habits are tough to break because of the repetitive nature of doing them so often.

The hardest habit for me to break is my sweet tooth. I love cake, chocolate, candy and all those things, and I quit eating unhealthy things lots of times already. When I tell my family or my friends that I gave up chocolate and candy they all laugh and start teasing me, because they have heard it so many times before. I once managed to stay from unhealthy food for a month, but when that month was over my usual eatinghabits returned. I still plan on quitting that stuff...someday

my most bad habit is trusting others. i just trust everyone. i have got in to many trouble and i have caused many trouble by trusting or believing in some people. i am one of the guys that would not learn from lessons. i am trying to give more time to trust a person may do slight check up on character by being patient would be a good idea i think.

I had a real problem with procrastinating. I'm doing a lot better lately on that (with my schedule I can't afford to put things off anymore!). On top of that, I still bite my nails, too. And I do smoke, which if you are a smoker you know is hard to break. I'm going to be working on that one!
