Porcospino @allknowing Chocolate and most nuts have a lot of nickel. Sunflower seeds, beans and soy flour also contain quite a lot of nickel, but not as much as chocolate.

Porcospino Most people only have contact allergies. I am especially sensitive to nickel, and I used to get a rash each time I ate food with hign or moderate content of nickel. I still have contact allergy, but that is easier to manage than the food allergy.

Porcospino @nitsbubb That is true. Blood clotting after AstraZeneca is a very rare side effect, but it happens in some cases. One person from my country died after the vaccine and that is the main reason why the AstraZeneca vaccine was banned here.
