I have to say it is just down right freezing here in Northeast Pa right now. It is very windy, in fact there is a weather warning for high winds and another lake effect snow warning. I knew it was cold BUT then I decided to check the temperture and now I wish I hadnt. How cold do you think you could handle it? Im freezing and we got out all the extra blankets and the furnace is still going full blast and it is still really cold in here! At this time it is -4 degrees! Man I wish we lived somewhere warm and I cant wait for Spring! So what is your weather like?

The weather today will proably reach a comfortable 80 f and as we are experiencing the 'Christmas Breeze' it will be perfect. My daughter is arriving from N.C. today and last night she said that she souldn't wait to feel the warmth. I don't do cold very well. In fact - not at all. Too many childhood memoreis of being so cold and huddled in the middle of the bed with a sister either side of me - I ws always piggie in the middle as I was the youngest. No heat in the bedrooms unless the doctor wwas coming. I did go to the U.K. last March for my sister's wedding anniversary and I really wished that she hadn't chosen March as the month in which to get married. It started to snow on the way to the airport as I was leaving and it did look pretty and I was just a bit nostalgic but then reality set in and I was glad to come home to my adopted country. Keep warm my friend, keep warm. Blessings

I remember some cold childhood winters, with frost on the windows, inside. I think the wind is the worst thing, though.

Trying to keep warm. We had a slight break in weather and now back to the cold and wind. I think the wind is almost worse then the cold! I so wish I was somewhere warmer! Thanks for the comment.

I can't stand with too cold ro too hot. Too cold, my skin is sensitive to the cold air, my skin is peeling. So keep warm is the most important in winter. I will wear my sweater and down-filled coat to keep warm. Too hot, sweat is very severe, I hate the feeling of moist. Now I'm living area the temperature different between day and night. So I one day in two sets of clothes. It's too troublesome to change.

I'm the same way I cant stand being this cold and I hate being really hot to were you sweat and don't feel like doing anything. Somehow I need to get used to it and I don't think it will happen if it hasn't yet!

It is not quite that cold here right now, but as far as I am concerned, once it is under 15 degrees it is too cold. Sometimes we get the nasty wind as well. It is 8 right now where we are, in central Kansas. I have an electric bed warmer, so I sleep really warm.

Well I am a creature of the tropics and anything below 27 degrees is worrisome.I definitely would not venture into an area where the temperature is 4 degrees.Even if I had a million blankets and a million furnaces ,I will remian a creature of the tropics. My hat goes off to you for being able to withstand these climates.
