May I come into partnership with you please Rosie? You have the chocolate shop on one side of the store and I have the ice cream parlour on the other. In the middle we'll have a "hug zone" where choccy and ices meet.

As usual I didn't answer the question. Yes, go worldwide but not until someone overseas, say in England, has checked them first. A couple of dozen boxes should be enough!

So? Where's the recipe? I've been waiting for your brownie recipe for a long time now. -sighs- Guess I'm gonna have to just make do with the boxed brownies.

Hi Rosekitty, It would have to go international as how else would we in the UK get to taste your delicious chocolate brownies. Go for it, try them as a an added etc in your shop and offer shipping as a gift and see how it goes. Mylotters love them but they were made to be shared. Hope you had a good one. Huggles. Ellie :D

mal has horded his cheeZecake recipes for years.. only making them at the holidays..and only for a select few. the secrets are guarded well.. even from me LOL he made the mistake of making one for a work thing.. and it was all over after that. he was bombarded by people clammering after his delectible concoctions so much so he was pressured into making a menu so people could place orders. what started as a fluke.. has turned into a promising sideline business, that has the potential of becoming something fullblown. the demand has spread past the custom cheeZecakes to other pies, cakes, cookies, brownies and other various things. amidst the flurry after his treats.. i decided to break out my mad skillZ and offered my own well guarded horded fudge, and the frenzy continued. we`ve been a couple of baking candy making freaks since the beginning of november.. with no end in sight really.. as hes got people discussing the catering of new years parties. might get a slight break tween then and Valentine`s when im going to unveil my specialty cookie production to the masses. we are having a blast with destroying the kitchen with experiments to meet the challenge of things new and different.. both of us keeping each others recipes secret from the other my advice.. if you`ll enjoy doing it? DO IT!

I must say, the pic of your brownies looks absolutely SCRUMPTIOUS! The top looks crunchy and the middle looks squishy ... I definitely think you could branch out and start some kind of commercial enterprise! Let me know as soon as you start importing to Australia ... yum!

Why not? Go for it and you just might be the next Mrs. Fields or Famous Amos, but for brownies instead. I saw Elle's idea there about selling your brownies in your regular store..there are a lot of things to consider. You would probably need a special licensing to sell baked goods, and would have to allow health inspectors to inspect the "facilities" (your kitchen) so that there aren't any health violations...once a person decides to cook/bake in their home, using their own kitchen it's considered a "catering" business and needs to be inspected....uh, just thought I'd let you in the "business" angle of it.

Rosekitty's Brownieland..does that sound good?..lol.. Might have to check into that and see if thats something i'd have to do, or if I just sold brownies individually or asked for donations would that go under selling?..So much to work out??

Oh yum. Maybe you could make an addition to your shop? You know, see how it goes and then if it takes off you could go state wide, then nation wide, then world wide. What are ya gonna name it? You could top the little brownies with rosettes to remind us of you. Hugs

Oh, I think that could be a beautiful dream of many young girls. In some movies, usually we can see some similar plots, the girl who is the owner of the chocolate shop find her prince charming just in that little shop.As we know, chocolate is the symbol of love and it is indeed delicious.Open a chocolate shop in a little town,en,I enjoy that kind of peaceful life.
