I never thought about it or even think of that when I respond to a discussions. All I do is just write a response the best way I can and as helpful as possible. That is more important to me than receiving best response although it is great to feel that you are given the best response yet that is only a second priority while responding.

When I post my response I don't think about getting the best response. It happens quite often that I respond to older discussions where the best response has been chosen long ago. If the discussion is interesting, I still like to respond if I have something to say, so I don't care if it's not new. I always get happy when I get the best response, but I don't expect it. When I am writing I am focused on writing the best response that I can, but that doesn't mean that my response is the best one seen from the view of the person who started the discussion.

I'll respond to topics I find interesting. It doesn't matter if I get best response or not. I do appreciate when it happens, but that is not my goal. There are many good people on mylot and they are a great source of information. Many will post an opinion or a view that I would have never thought of. It's so good to see how others around the world view things so differently. Reading what other people have to say really opens my eyes. I hope that what I write does the same for other people.

I find something that interests me and respond,i never think of best response since that is not in my hands. It depends on the user who started that topic to choose one.I dont respond just for responding, there are so many topics to interest us and how does confident level thing come up.Its not that we are competing for the best.Just relax and have fun.

Confidence level....What does that mean??? I like responding to discussions.I respond to those discussions, which interests me the most. While responding I never think of any sort of considerations like getting a best response. I just response at random, because I think, that discussion is fruitful.. Happy Mylotting!!

I never think to make my response be the best response. I give my best to response as long as it can help to the readers or to the person who wrote the discussions. I answer the discussion according to what topic. I give my response the best as I could be. I always surprised if they giving me the best response because i never expect anything from what I have responded. I give my best according the topic. I'm in a middle confident level.:)

I try to give the best response that I am able to give to each discussion that I comment on. However, my ego is not so big that I think everything that I have to say is better than everyone else. I have seen a lot of comments that were way better than mine even after I had done research and everything. So I do not comment with just a view to receiving the mark of a best response. I am always pleased to get one though.
