I don't know about killing them so much but I do know that "skin so soft" from avon works at keeping them away and it even smells pretty good. Also Citronel candles and incence work pretty good at keeping them away. I use the incense as I think it works better. Patchouli oil also works for me and it often will keep people away as well. @stephcjh (38473)

You could use a bug zapper. It may attract them and sizzle them when they land on the electric zapper.

Hi sreejithsreenivas! I have heard that there are a lot of organic spray repellents that are being marketed online nowadays and they are made from garlic extract. It is recommended as the safest way to kill mosquitoes but I have not tried it just yet. At the moment, I just use some kind of gadget which electrocute the mosquitoes (I really don't know what it is called) but is really not that effective because there are still some mosquitoes in our garden. So, we all resort to use some repellent lotion to ward off the mosquitoes away from us.
Happy New Year! God Bless..and take care always! Lovelots..faith210

You need to go into the source of the mosquitoes, I mean, locate where they came from, like old tires, or stagnant water outside your house.
You cannot kill all of the matured mosquitoes since they can double or triple their quantities in a matter of hours. All you need to do is to kill younger ones located on their home so that they could not multiply.
The mature mosquitoes will only last for a certain number of days and they will die, so once it is happen, they don't have successor and you're free from mosquitoes.
