is it okey for guys to kiss each other?

i have a lot of guy friends. and girls as well. and i always see this girls hugging each other and sometimes they kiss, of course to the chicks only. and to the guys, well we only are saying our greetings or clasping our hands or at most, nothing at all. and i have this in my mind, if it is okey for us to be kissing as a sign of greetings or being thankful and grateful?.. and i also saw a movie where guys kiss each other, but of course it was a comedy movie so i did not mind. and as i see it, i am really not at ease.. would you mind if a guys kiss each other?..hehe

it depends on the country there are some that do that of greeting its norman.

you are right. it depends upon the country upon which it is to be done. and right here in the philippines, i think, we still have not accepted it fully.. and there are some odd feelings about it here.. and i don't think it is also the same with other country as well.. i think in the middle east, it is but normal to them.. part of the customs and traditions i think.. they do it in a cultural manner... hmmm..

Of course it is okay there's nothing wrong with that. As long as the kiss is just a smack on the cheek. But if the kiss is different well its not okay for sure. LOLS

very well said.. thank you for sharing. i guess you are right.. but i hope you don't do it in public place.. my friend had just kissed me in the check in front of his relatives.. we haven't seen each other for a long time. and that time, i felt a little embarassed.. hmm..

I don't think it's fine for guys to kiss each other unless we do have the traditional habit of that, just like Arab. I only saw this scene in the movie god father when the god father kiss his follower who inquire him. Why do the guys kiss each other for? just for fun, I don't undertand.

you are right.. hehe.. it is unlikely and there is an odd feeling if guys would kiss each other.. but then, if it is in prat of the tradition, then it would be nice to do so... .. just for fun, hehe.. and also to express gratitude and inmost feeling.. unless otherwise also.. hehe..
