you wash your hair twice a week? oh ok.
i have long hair too and i wash mine twice a day. =X
i do know and have heard that the more you wash your hair, the dryer it becomes. this is because you're washing off the natural oil and vitamins needed. but because i live in a tropical island where the it's always summer, i tend to perspire. so i have no choice but to bath so many times a day.
I use dove (because my stylist told my mum it has a low pH and good for our hair). But for conditioners, i use sunsilk. I think their products are good and my hair feels great after using their conditioner.

I have been using some local brands lately like SUNSILK and CLEAR. But I believe for almost two months I have been using Mane and Tail. For a while it made my hair look nice and manageable but lately it just seemed to add volume and my hair looked and feel heavy.

I use whatever is on sale. Or what I may have a coupon for. I wash my hair every other day.

Since i wear my long hair in ponytails alot it gets tangled alot too so i use pantene to keep out the tangles and keep it healthy..i like the way it feels and smells.During the winter i wash at least once a week and during the summer since its so hot and humid maybe every other day..

Hi, I have pretty long hair also. It's about halfway down my back. I use the new Herbal Essences shampoo & conditioner for long hair called Long Term Relationship. It smells really good and it seems to be keeping my long hair healthy and growing strong.

i always use head and shoulders because i have a huge problem with a dry scalp and that seems to be the only shampoo that can seriously help me any. we usually buy the store brand or the actual head and shoulders - it just depends whats on sale and the best price.

I have really greasy skin, so I have to wash my hair just about every day. I have long hair too, and have to keep track of it. Right now, I'm using the Aldi version of Fructis - I can't remember the entire name. It's the stuff in the green bottles. It seems to work pretty good with my hair. It costs less then $2 a bottle for each. I think you pay way more than that for the name brands.

I also have long hair and wash it everyday. Only redken products are used on my hair. It conditions and strengthens my hair and keeps it really healthy looking. It is a bit pricy but well worth the end results.
