Got my Henry Fields today

I am shopping again for the garden YIPPEE!! I love seed catalogs. I am starting some plants inside today also. I am putting up the Christmas stuff and breaking out the gardening stuff again. There was a slight cold snap a week or two ago so some of my plants outside bit the dust but here in Florida it is hot again so I am going to get busy and start growing again. I am hoping to get the dirt delivered for our big cinder block bed in the backyard and maybe february get some more cinders delivered for bed number two. We will eventually have 4 beds. The economy the way it is this will help our pantry and food supply. I can food so that will help.

Henry Fields is wonderful. I remember looking at them as a kid. Mom always had seed catalogs around cause we had a huge garden. I wish I had the land for a huge garden but we are doing good with the land we have and going to be starting some new seeds inside today. I love gardening. I love growing my own food.

I am deadly with seed catalogues! I love them and if I had a never ending budget I would buy a bit of everything!
I don´t know if you feel the same, but I always feel that they are so filled with promise.
These days, in order to save money and ensure that my seed is as pure as possible, I generally save my own from season to season.

Oh I do feel the same. I do save my seeds also. I learned that from my grandmother. They had a huge garden and limited funds so she saved her seeds and then was able to buy just the seeds or plants she needed. She also was able to purchase seed tators by ot having to buy a lot of seeds year to year.
I love my catalogs though. I started a bunch of seeds last night. They are in the jiffy greenhouse under the grow lights. Can't wait till my babies pop up. I love gardening.

I get garden catalogs online I really enjoy them there. I sometimes envy the long growing season south of here.

It is nice but then I do miss snow.....believe it or not. I have all my little seeds started in the jiffy greenhouse under the grow lights. I don't use the jiffy greenhouse like usual lol I kind of do it my way lol.
I love to garden and can't wait to pick my harvests again and again.

I am not into gardening because I do not have green hands. Whatever I touched would become rotten in the garden. It might be a hobby to take interest in when I grow up a little older and have more free time at hand. However I am glad that youa re enjoying your shopping.

I am so cold today. We have had sun the last few days and it was nice in the 50's and now it is 42 and cold today. No sun just fog so I am so cold I cannot seem to get warm even covered up under a blanket.
I do not have much room for a garden but it is to early to start putting in a garden here in Central California we do not put any spring garden until after Easter that way we usually do not freeze.
