What is your favorite part of camping?

Sleeping underneath the stars, I love camping and back in 2006 I went on a camping trip on my own for four weeks in Scotland, I took my tent and my mountain bike and I went alone, I much prefer camping alone, it's the solitude and being away from everything, it makes you appreciate what you have got like electricity and heating and it also makes you see mother nature in all her glory! Being away from routine, the constraints of every day living and not having the luxuries that we have every day, makes you so glad of what you do have. It's also cosy as well even on my own and it's a great economic holiday too away from the humdrum boring every day life!

I don't really like camping actually, I only went once or twice in my life.

I have camped out several times. I like it a bit cooler so we can sit by a camp fire and talk. After that, just getting home to a real bathroom is the treat. A nice HOT shower!
