Hello my fellow mylotters, I am writing this to express my joy as a reward of my constant replying and posting topics here. As I noticed firstly a month ago my "star" number at the top of my name was just number 7 and the star has no color. Now, after replying a certain topic and mark as best response, I am already at number 8 and somewhat color fuchsia on it..even though I don't understand exactly the significant of it I was just so happy to tell you guys...a great booster on year 2009. Happy new year and of course happy mylotting to all.

With number 7, the star had silver color, which is quite similar to the background of mylot that's why you couldn't identify the color. Now, you have a yellow one and I wish that new year will give you a red star color.
I am with yellow and trying to save it to not being a silver one.

is that so? Oh I never knew that 'til you tell me now. You lighten me up.You mean it could fluctuate down? When does it goes down? How/What will you do to goes up again?

Oh one thing more friend..I don't know how to give or mark a best response. There were so many instances that I was satisfied some of responses on my topic but I don't know to mark it...

i too got colour stars next to my names when i got them initially it was 5 then it decreased to 3 due to some of the unwanted discussions i got this one and now after the constant replies i again got the number 5 back i am quite excited about recovery of the star now and now i want to earn more stars next to my name and i am trying for it hope to get them as quickly as possible.

I don't understand. When you think and what's the reason why it was just a day you had a number ten and then dropped? Did you do something to rise it up?

I am with you after similar amount of posts. Here is another question to request advice. Very often, I am impressed by an response, so mark it as the best, but later another came, which also is very good. Could I mark a second best. As the word best stands, i am afraid not, but if i did, would i be subject to penalty, or deduction on the points? Anybody who can help?

No i think. I guess it would be up to you whose the best response you think that you're satisfied with. If you're the user then nobody could stop you from choosing who's the best for you.To avoid of concluding too early who's the best for you, wait until everybody posted a reply on your topic and review them and mark best if you found one.
