How do you feel about the first day of 2009 so far ?

it started out well since i saw the new year in w/my grandson & got to see his parents when they picked up. i hope it is a better year for everyone.

the first day of the year 2009 is about to come to an end in half an hour here in india.had a pretty good day,no work,quality time with family,meeting relatives and friends and whole day fun.so a perfect holiday.

well.. i'm on my 2nd day of 2009 now. The first day was good but i've already started procrastinating... =P Now i'm trying to make up for all the lost time that i "threw" away because i wanted to "enjoy my new year". But to me it's still too early to tell. I'm happy having high hopes for the new year though.

To me it just feels like another day but a new year. I stayed in the house all day anyway and nobody came by so it was just another day for me.

So far I am keeping up with the tasks I set for myself. I haven't accomplished all my goals obviously but some of them are beginning to shape up. I've still got a lot of organizing to do but I am working on it every day.

So far, I feel great. I've been expecting it to be great and what I expect is just becoming reality as time goes by. I enjoyed my New Years day a lot, met with old friends, had a nice time with my family and there's still much more promising things unrolling. I do expect it to be challenging but that's what make all the great things possible and I'll try to make the best out of it. Hope it'll be a great year for you too. ^^
