yes,I DO believe in new years relosution, it is good for people to make some change in new year, and look forward. however, whether people can achieve their goal or not, is not a question about time, but a queation about the person themselves. people want to change, people want to make life different, not the time.

I personally think new years resolutions are a joke. They are like most other goals, they are all peachy and great if you can manage to achive them, but if you don't you can really let yourself down. I only make simple goals that I know I can achive for the most part, or goals that I know I have the passion to achive no matter what. Like my wife and I have a baby on the way now, and any goals I have set for the baby I know I will achive, because they mean more then anything in the world to me. Silly resolutions that people make for new years hardly ever get accomplished and they only get bummed out when they dont achieve it. Atleast that's how I see it happen all the time.

It's all up to each individual ^_^ It's about their priority in life too ^_^ If it's something important, and that we dun have the time to really do it, but at the same time, we dun wanna feel guilty about not trying at all, so we make it a resolution.. lol =D It's just like a promise made during the 1st day of the year, and it makes us feel better, as we have got a full 365 days to complete it.. lol =D But at the end of the year, some might really do it, but some will totally forget about it.. It's also due to determination too.. lol =D So, i will say i believe in my own resolution ^_^

Hi, I do not really believe in New Years ' Resolutions . I did try making 1 or 2 resolutions in some of the previous years ; yet I did not achieve much . Moreover ; I feel that some of our resolutions depend a lot on factors beyond our own control . So, we can face problems while fulfilling them .

for me, i no longer believe about it. its in the individual already if she/he decided to change to better, i mean you dont have to wait new year just to implement the changes you want. right? [; why later? when you can make it today ;] hahah i hope i got some point here though

yeah true! you don't need to wait for like another new year to change. change should start right at the moment you made a mistake or an error. thaks salbahis06!
