I do it now and then. There are many discussions that could be interesting for newer members here and you can always add some new comment on the responses you got earlier. That makes the discussion pop up among the newer ones and be found by someone who has not seen it before.. It can give you more good responses!! Just test it and see how it works..

You read my mind. :) I've actually been thinking about doing this for some time, just haven't actually done it yet! I think its a good idea to refresh your old discussions, especially with the volume of them on here. You never know who might post on it. And as you said, its a great way for the newer members to see some that they might not otherwise see. And with the volume, chances are it had about .03 seconds before running off the page!

Well, there are a lot of people here so I am still testing if someone sees this discussion...03 seconds - that is a short time..

That is a good tip. I haven't tried that one. Although I do revisit my old discussions from time to time just to see if maybe anyone commented and I didn't get an email about it. I wouldn't want anyone to think I didn't appreciate their comment. So I want to make sure I have responded to each one.

Thanks for your comment, I appreciate it even if my response is late. There are lots of nice people here that I hope to learn to know more. I just commented one of your interesting discussions. Have to come here more often..

buenavida, I do re-visit my old discussions to make sure I respond to all who have contributed. I also like to wait for a while before I award the best response. I is nice to see the new comments. I like to start topics that interest others but am not all that successful. Whenever I do hit pay dirt for all concerned it is gratifying. I want to contibute something meaningful to the site.

Thanks for this great update, I think it is always better to get more responses in your earlier discussion rather than breaking your head in to a new one. I will surely give it a try so as to increase my payout. Just hope that I get one this month atleast.

Yes, this is a great way to find the new ones and give them a chance to be a part of the older discussions. I am testing now how it works....

Yes, occasionally I do go back to older discussions. I find it is good to review what I have posted to see if I still have the same feeling I had the day I posted it. It is also good to re-read the responses and remind myself of what others have shared with me.

From time to time I go back to older posts and drop one or a two messages to discussions that I have something to think or something to respond. This after I have done with my email notifications in my inbox which most of the time are huge.

Hello There! Well, if you are asking if I am checking my own discussion from time to time, the answer is yes or I check it if mylot sent me a notification that someone has responded to my discussion then I check and responds to them. And I also browse mylot for older discussions that I might have missed especially when they are interesting enough to read and respond to. You are right! There are many interesting discussions and most likely a unique one to answer for newer members here in mylot. When I was new here, I really took the time responding to newer and OLDER discussions. It gives me idea as well on what to write here in mylot when I was new. Thanks for this interesting and tip discussion for new members! Happy Mylotting and have a great day ahead! Cheers!

Yes, of course I go back to my discussions and see all the responses mylotters have posted. Then I try to resolve the discussion and chose a best response.

Yes I do it to respond to my what I have started. My older discussions were the beginning of my mylot interest and I want to build my credibility as a member that responds to whatever I have started. Happy mylotting!
