Healthy but delicious food

Hi, I'm targeting to bring now my weight from 70kg to 60kg. I'm a office worker which really do not have time for exercise, except I try to cycle every morning and evening if it is not raining. Because I'm still young, I would like to enjoy delicious food but healthy. I know healthy and delicious will not really come along very well. But maybe you can help to suggest a few. Thanks! Same here I am aiming to lose weight from 55kg to 40 kg. My weight is not good for my height. I am a college student and do not have time for workout as I finishes 5pm everyday and at home, I have to do paperworks, research and reading etc.. For now Im monitoring my food intake. I eat more for bfast and eat less for lunch and dinner. After meals I drink Green Tea.I try not to eat in between meals.

hi there,,,, well buddy i am also a office worker but i love to excersice you might be shocked to know that my weight is 76 kgs and i have been working out for last 3 yrs ,,,weight doesnt really matters what really matters is the excessice fat on the body,,,,hey try eating boiled food,and dont drink too much caffeine,,,also take a nice portion of protiens in your diet ,,,,,,,i wake up daily at 5 in the morning and go to gym you can laos make a schedule like that because if you wanna get that nice and lean look than you should excercise for that
