i am still lost. this as my 2nd day of logging in to mylot. i am confused to how the earning system here and to how it works. it it by number of composed letters? is it to how long your comment is? or how nice and polite you comment is? in every comment how much one do earn? and so with every discussion?

One of the major aspects that affects your earnings is the discussions that you take part in. The longer and more developed that your posts are, the more you may earn. This will certainly have your earnings rise. The more you post some length posts, this may also affect your earnings. Something to keep in mind is to be specific in your posts.

To answer your first question, yes, you are right. You got the point. By long posts, I mean it's difficult to say, as we all have different definitions of the meaning of long posts. What may be long for me may not necessarily be for you. Here on mylot, I don't think a four-line post may be considered as a long post. I think it would be considered as a short post. If you understand my meaning? I hope this may be helpful.

Hello winieann, like you can see at my avatar, i wrote a free 4-parts-guide for myLot (look in my profile for the guide-picture on the right side). There you can learn to earn in myLot, see what's important to know about - friendships, - discussions, - interests, - bonus items, - uploading pictures, - referrals, - best responses, - commenting, - guidelines and violations in myLot. Hope you can learn a lot and earn afterwards, so that you'll get your payout already in February 2009!

Hi winieann and welcome to Mylot. I've been and had a look at your profile and looked at what you have been posting - well not all 65 posts but the first dozen or so. haha. You need to make your posts longer to earn here. Minimum of about 50 words or about 4 sentences. Ok, sometimes all you want to say is a few words, well then no problem - say what you want. Just don't expect to be paid for it. My best advice is to forget about earning big money here. Just post as you have been doing but with a few more words and enjoy yourself! . Much more important. Then just let the cents roll in at their own pace. Also remember, there is a days delay in your earnings being published. Check out the dates and see what you earned that day past.

hahahaha lurking eh.. a stalker.. stalker on the loose!haha (joke) yeah i have posted like 65 posts and yes just a dozen of my post are true responses and worth reading. now 50 words is kinda tough since am used to agreeing and ending to responses, like "yes i totally agree, and good luck" haha. mylot is tougher than i thought when it comes money making. ^_^ oh wellz the most important thing is enjoying ones self on mylotter's views. you guys have been a great help. thankies to all

the longer your response, the higher you earn. You earn money when you start discussion, respond to disvcussion, comment for the responses, upload photo in various interest (not in profile). Make sure you write atleast 4 lines for each post. i have got around 2.5 cents per response on an average.

Here are some tips that I have learned there is no set way to make earnings. First respond within your interests, make your response as long as you can. I have read on here that it should be at least four lines. I am not sure if that is true or not but it seems to be working. My earnings are up and I seem to be pretty happy with it. I hope this helps, this is what I have learned so far and I hope it helps you as well as it has helped me.

At first I am a little confused to but I think you have to have longer comments for you to have an earning for a day. I try to keep mine as long as possible maybe, four to five lines so that you can keep up with the earnings you will be having. I hope it is helpful, keep posting :D
